hey................I've been trying to post a picture of my GEETAR as my avatar. It doesn't seem to want to update, though. I've made sure it is under the 100k size limit, it tells me it is updated, but I don't get the pic as my avatar.
What am I doing wrong??

Hi Dean, presuming you're going to 'edit profile', 'avatar', and 'upload your own', you should be doing it right. If you like, post in reply to this with the format you're using to post the pic and we'll have a look?

GZ............. Yeah, I went to the edit profile-Avatar-down load own image-brows-select image from my computer folder-updade avatar.
It's .jpg file at 21.1KB.
It's not a big deal. Just something I'd like to do; show off my Epi.

Ok Dean, hopefully Jag can figure out what to do next time yer in the chat. Meantime, i've got an av i can't get rid of....any ideas? ! Just kidding...heh..

Dean,
You have to upload the pic to a handling site like "photo bucket.com". Then resize it to 100x100. Copy the URL (address) location of the sized pic, then go back to chordbook and edit avatar. click the download your own (or whatever it says), click brouse, and locate the URL of the pic and select it, then update avatar. It should copy the pic from photo bucket and make it your avatar.
