I just bought a fender Super Champ XD from American Musical.  It is a 15 watt tube amp that is amazing!  And, when I hooked it by way of the external speaker out to the 12 inch speakers in my Fender Stage 1600 amp it gets even better.  this amp could actually do a small gig with warm fat tube tones.  Anyone else tried the XD?  By the way it beats my 160 watt 1600 combo in tone and exspecially in pure clean sound.

I am a proud owner of a super champ xd, and I know of one other here that I am sure , will post that he owns one as well. Oh Zen?
This amp will do all I will ever need, it's just right. I was lucky when I bought it, not knowing anything about amps then, it just sounded allot better then the little Rolland cube I had. But then, the cube was tubless. The reviews I read after the purchase, lead me to believe that I did real well.

Morty is right NYJM, i've got the Super Champ XD also and man was i surprised...i wanted an electric amp but pricepoint was a big deal at the time and the SCXD fit that bill just fine...start messin' with the knobs and buttons and clean sounds issued forth that could rattle the windows ! I wonder how it would work if i ran it through a 2x12 cab?
