when I enter the guitar chords section, I can't hear the chords play, because there is a message saying " initializing audio.. please wait " , but nothing happens ; this message is where the play button or strum button is; any ideas ??

This may be a problem you can cure by by spring cleaning your browser cache, see this link:

Otherwise if you still have problems, let me know what browser and what platform (Win/Mac) you are using.
