I´ve got a problem with playing and singing this song at one time:
http://karelkryl.wz.cz/jidas.gif
(dont´n mind the text, it´s Czech)

Tab of the intro:

       Amin
e||-------------0-----------------
B||----------1----1---------------
G||--------2--------2-------------
D||-----2-------------------------
A||--0----------------------------
E||--------------------------------
and this repeats for all chords (except for the refrain)

Can someone help me?

Sorry for bad English, I'm Slovak.

...the "intro" is arrpeggiated, ala' "House of the Rising Sun."

...and the DEVIL said: "...yes, but it's a DRY heat!"

Hello debylni, learning to play guitar and sing the song at the same time seemed difficult to me at first but i found out what the problem was right here in chordbook. First i needed to learn my chords and timing without trying to sing. Once i was playing the chords and felt like i had some timing in place, i tried singing a little and at first it was awkward but it got better and better. Now i can play guitar and sing at the same time.  Uh, no...i din't say i could sing well...just that i could sing... ! !

So debylni, could you give us a translation of the verse?

GuitarZen

P.S.

I spotted the 'HORS' similarity right away. Even played the chords and it's not far off but has a...how to say...happier overall tone?

Translation doesn't matter now, I solved my problem. I was rehearsing for cca. 2 hours (total) and now, I'm able to play it. Many thanks to GuitarZen.
May God bless you all!

Here is your translation:

Night as a cave six seconds until dawn
sweating lip  invites Underworld
you about my dead devil compassion is perhaps betraying my income paid Hallow

Judas guilty conscience for what what trash this thing never Pharisee hands Nelo purpose of the device for him justifies

After all, if not us then betraying him with another

Thanks debylni, interesting lyrics ! So would you consider posting a video on youtube and showing us the link to it of your song with you singing and playing? I'm thinking it would be an inspiration to many of us beginners.

Cheers,
