i like them cause you can buy used b stock and factory reseal
gear so i don't always have to shell out for new gear but
can get used gear that has been checked for defects.

got a used crate flex wave amp 120 watts well it was a piece of
crap so i sent it back and got the ibanez tone blaster and because
it wasn't working properly they sent my a shipping label and as soon as
i dropped it off at the shipping place zzounds sent out me next order
had the new head before my next band practice the following tuesday

that was excellent customer service.

ordered an acoustic bass from some no name ebay company it came with
the neck separating from the body and they had me ship it back at my expense
then said after they received it that i didn't need to send it back so i stick
with zzounds for most important stuff cause they back up what they sell
and free shipping when you spend like over 50 bucks which is always
when buying gear

I get stuff from here.  There pretty good at getting your order out fast.  Order on monday receive on thursday.
