New Chord Riff I Made

The song has a solo at the intro which I may or may not get around to tabbing, but the chord progression for it is Dm Dsus2 Am Asus2 G7 G7 w/o F (open high E, but still the same form on G and C notes, 3rd fret low E 2nd fret A) then it repeats but hit Am after G7 w/o F and hold that for a whole notes (1-2-3-4) then go back and do the 1st part again and that repeats for the length verse. I won't give the strumming pattern out and leave that up the individual to come up with in you decide to try it and see. I think it sounds good, but that may be because the strumming pattern I'm using is simplistic. I should also like to mention it works well on acoustic and electric, and as long as you can fit that last Am sustain in there, there are a lot of patterns to come up w/.
