if there is a certain scale i have have to learn 4 Dropped D tuning can anyone tell me.  trying to get faster

Hey JadeFender, i'm going to take a shot and say nothing changes when using alternate tunings as regards scales.  Since chords are derived from scales, the scales remain the same. Chords, on the other hand, will be different in a couple of ways, though they'll still use the same notes from their respective scales.
