Okay, I'm a song-writer, that has recently been playing with different Capo positions and new tunings.
My typical preferred, tuning is > everything dropped 1/2 step lower.
Try this, from the top down> D# | G# | C# | F# | A# | D#
and for this song I took the 'A' string which was G#(Gsharp) and made it A#(Asharp)
I actually did this by mistake, and ended up writing three tunes in one night.
I pulled out my iPhone and recorded them all (improv style) in my voice memo, which sounds pretty good.
I remember the chords for 2 of the songs and half of the third. but the Verse part of the Third song(which is by far the best sounding of everything) is lost,
I can't remember what 3 chords I played.
I know that It sounds like the same finger formation being moved around, but what formation that is...I can't remember!
thank god I recorded it to my voice recorder, and have listen to the playback a thousand times..and still no results.
I can't figure it out!
QUESTION! Is there a tool online or elsewhere that can hear a note, and tell you what it is?
do you think you could figure it out if I sent you the Mp3?
let me know, thanks!

just record the song and post it. on chordbook you could easily figure out what chord it is by putting in the way it is played on the guitar chord simulator and it will probably tell you the name. there are a few chords i put in there that it didn't know but about 95% of the time it has a name for it. If you already tried than i don't mean to waste your time. Yeah i do that alot. lol

bri,
If you havnt figured it out by now, Your best bet is to post the audio to Youtube and then post a link to it in here. Maybe someone here will recognize the chords..

If the notes are pretty individual, try a chromatic tuner.

I think your making your songwriting too complicated with all this tuning stuff. Why not just stick with the guitars regular tuning and just regular chords. That way everyone who is trying to help you can be on the same page. Is there some particular reason for using some tunings on guitar? If you really have to do the tunings then I agree with the other guy get yourself a chromatic tuner or write down the cord diagrams and tuning notes so you don't space it out and forget what you just spent hours trying to figure out.
