..."Congratulations" on the house purchase--no more stuffing money into the land-lords' pocket!
...as for the teaching, one thing you'll soon discover is how much *you* will end up learning from your students' questions and problems!!!

Good Job, CR..............I'm sure you'll be succdessful as a teacher. Some of the stuff you've given me has been great. I wish you were closer to N. WI, I'd sign up with ya!!! Congrats on the house, too. It beats papering your wall with rent receipts. Keep It Fun, Dean

Sounds wonderful. Buying your first house is such an experience filled with so much joy. Do you have a big yard? I wish our home had a bigger yard, I'd plant as many fruit trees as I could and have a garden. Good luck in teaching guitar. Someone already said it, but when you teach, that is when you learn!

thanks you guys ... tommorow is the big home inspection .... as for teaching i find that i am trying twice as hard as i did before cause the last thing i want to do is make a fool of myself and more importantly i don't want to teach anything the wrong way. but already i am finding that teaching is solidifying my knowledge more and more.. just trying to relax and stike a balance between teaching alot and teaching what each student is capable of soaking up... each person is different i have one student that is so fast its scary and another that i had to show how to hold his gibson les paul ... that really threw me for a loop ....
