Can anyone recommend a site to find chords for songs?  I have found a couple where people submit songs, not bad but have to be really careful to find the right chords.  Would be really nice if it also would transpose keys for you.  This site helps with that.

Welcome to this site.  You'll find a lot of help here, I did/do.  Try a Google search and look for a site called "chordie".  I use it a lot.  As far as transposing, doing it yourself helps to get familiar with chord progressions.  Above ALL, beware of the CLOWNS on this site!  But, they are all extremely helpfull.  If you have the opportunity, check into the chat room.  Jag, Guitar Zen, Cricketrider, etc are very good at helping with answers.  Keep It Fun, Dean

I bought a book series that is pretty ridiculous. The most useful book (for me) is the Progressions and improvisations.
They might have it at a local music store and you can flip through it. There is many a page of chord progressions in every key. And they show you
how to use the circle of 5ths and such to make progressions yourself. The example progressions get pretty technical as they are taking it to the max for jazz improv', but they are extremely useful for getting out of a progression rut and helps you think up new ideas.

Also the first 2 hits on google for "Chord progression generator":
