I can't decide between these three:
Line 6 Spider III 30W 1x12 Celestion speaker:

Behringer 2 30W 10inch Jensen speakers :

Raven 60W 12inch speaker:

All I need is good sound, nice effects (if possible), and enough power for small gigs. Thanks for anyone's input ![]()

...I have the earlier model LINE6 Spider II 1x12" and it's definitely OK for practice and small gigs...and it has acceptable digital effects (reverb, tremolo, echo, etc.).
...mine wasn't "trouble-free" because it suddenly "stopped" after about 6-months of normal use, but after repair (under warrantee), has been working fine since then.
...the German-import, Behringer is well-known for two things: (1) exceptionally LOW price and (2) un-repairable 'guts' (the internal circuit boards)...and they seem to have more problems than most other solidstate amps.

Thanks for the info. I heard bad things about Behringer, and Raven doesn't seem so great. The Spider looks like a good deal.

Its a solid state, but its still great. Its got awesome reverb, tasty gain, and an overall stunning sound.
