scaling for a certain song

alright once i find my key then what idk how to find the right way to use the scaling for the song

well once you find out what key its in then try the major scale then the minor scale and see wich one fits the song better

There are a multitude of scales one can use for any given key. bobo808 has addressed this sort of things a lot. He's our in house soloist. look over the forums for just about any post by him. Or, just look around for titles such as solo or solo help. Bobo has just about posted in all of these.
