um....first of all, you'd have to use your thumb just to play it. so i guess that means that it's not really a chord. i just about ripped my hand appart just trying to get to eat fret.

is that correct? if it is then i'd suggest changing the fingering a bit, it seems to be a chord with F#, E, F, C, and F#. I've no clue what it is unless its jazz or Robert Fripp

...one possibility is that it's an FM7b9, where the b9 notes are on both bass and treble strings.
