I haven't played the guitar in over 20 years and NOW after turning 49 I'm getting back into it. I have 3 boys 1 who is just turned 21 and just blows me away as far as playing. He is also in a local area band and I heard they claim to be quite good actually from what others have told me. He plays the bass as well as rhythm and lead guitar.

I also have a 19 year old who plays fairly well but also wants to get into playing the drums as well. Below are some pics of my gear that I bought just last year and the guitar just recently.

I got nothing better to do after my open-heart surgery back in 2007 and now that I'm on the disabled list I got plenty of time on my hands. Whether that's actually good or not time will only tell I guess.

Sorry about the clutter, it's hard keeping wood floors clean in this place. We own the whole house but the downstairs apartment is vacant and we're in the process of remodeling it and the dust is murder.
