Of course I want a Parker guitar....but then I want another Fender, some Gibsons, a few Gretsch guitars, couple of Carvins, more Taylors, Martins, Epiphones, a couple of Ibanez gits...oh and then there are the bass guitars...but to be realistic, I agree with you renz, no sense at all having any of them at my playing level.

On the other hand, when I progress to journeyman level guitarist (I got a long ways to go) I'll need all those guitars and more prolly because I'll be in such demand and three guitars just won't cut it !

Cheers,

To be honest I've always thought they were ugly. They may sound good but there are a lot of good sounding guitars out there. At this point I'd rather go after a V or LP shaped guitar, or maybe an Explorer.

Welcome to chordbook TommyD, well i think renz was talking about wanting one rather than having one to give away...our friend renz is from the P.I. and sometimes things got lost in the translation so to speak...a budding young guitarist however, with a heart and friendship as big as the sky.

Saw yer post about 'Horse' and funny, that was one i always thought would be hard to play so five years or so ago i made it a mainstay in my practice. I've neglected it but will now go back to it. I was wondering which chords you found/use to play the great rhythm? Happy 4th to you also.

I don't understand the question. Are you asking if I would like a Parker Fly?
The answer would be yes, but I would like a lot of other guitars too. I guess if I get good enough to hit it big. lol
Until then, I will have to resort to dreaming about the guitar instead. http://mtc.chordbook.com/i/bb/sad.png

Hello again Boudy, i'm pretty sure renz meant 'who likes the parkers' rather than who want's his...since he doesn't have one to recent knowledge...but renz is a big fan.

BTW, what are you playing Boudy? I''ve got a Taylor acousitc.

Cheers,

Ah, I see. I personally love Parker guitars. I actually know someone who has a Nitefly, and it is just amazing. Lightweight, comfortable, beautiful, and easy to play; it really is my dream guitar...

I've got an Epi Special II with just the basic beginner's setup. Lately I have been looking for an upgrade though. I've got to save up the money first though...
