Which is better: wooden or metal footstool??
My metal one got bent so now I'm not sure which one to choose...

I hate to be a smart a$$, but whichever holds you up off the floor and keeps your butt from sweating!!!! 
That is IF you're using it to sit on, of course. I use a foot stool/Ottoman to sit on while practicing. It's got a NICE cushion on it for my "tender backside"!
